This interactive workshop invites international students to explore topics of diversity, inclusion, and discrimination in an open and respectful environment. Together, we will reflect on different perspectives, share experiences (if you wish), and discuss how diversity shapes everyday life at HAW Kiel. The workshop also introduces the role of the Diversity Officer and the support services available for students who have experienced discrimination or have questions about equal opportunities and inclusion. Whether you would like to learn more about your rights, connect with fellow students, or simply listen to others' experiences, you are warmly welcome. The session aims to create a safer space for dialogue, mutual understanding, and empowerment. No prior knowledge is required, and participation in discussions is always voluntary.
