The focus of this Podcast International workshop is to equip students with the take away skills and knowhow to begin podcasting, as well as to establish an international community network of student podcasters – from Kiel to the world.
Podcast International is for ALL students with an interest in creating a podcast about international issues and multilingualism.
From mumbling and stumbling at microphones to smooth operators, from messy scribbles to profi-style scripting and production, Podcast International will expose you to, and train you for, working in studio conditions. Yes, you will get to use actual professional equipment in an actual professional setting. Our aim is that you will leave the workshop with the tools:
i) to continue podcasting (wherever you may be, or go),
ii) to continue developing the Podcast International network.
Come ready to share thoughts, ideas, giggles, concerns, language, and to have at least a little, but we hope a lot, of fun doing it.
